The adjustable prussic makes this device work very well on a spar or set through a natural crotch. This can be set from the ground with a throw line just like a traditional friction saver.
The larger steel thimbles can easily accept spliced, Slaiced and spLIFE eyes. Ropes with sewn eye terminations will not work with this friction saver. Includes retrieval ball.
